PlayKami uses professional custody (currently PSA) so you can trade collectibles without moving physical items every time.

What Happens to the Physical Card?​

  • The card is stored with our custody partner under defined handling standards
  • It is insured according to our storage and insurance policy
  • It can be shipped to you if you redeem it (terms and conditions apply)

Handling Standards​

Raw Cards​

  • Sleeve + toploader (or semi-rigid), team bag
  • Humidity control where applicable

Slabs​

  • Slab sleeve / bubble wrap, fit-to-size storage

Proof of Custody​

We typically attach:

  • Front/back scans or photos
  • Grade certification (if slabbed)
  • A custody ID / vault ID
