Redemption & Shipping
Redemption means you choose to receive the physical card you own.
Eligibility
A card is redeemable if:
- ✅ It is currently in your collection (you are the on-chain owner)
- ✅ It is not under dispute or restricted
- ✅ Shipping is supported to your destination
How Redemption Works
- Go to My Collection
- Select the card and click Redeem
- Confirm shipping address + contact info
- Pay shipping + any applicable fees/taxes
- Your on-chain asset is marked as redeemed (or burned/locked)
- The custody partner ships the item to you

Import Duties & Taxes
Depending on your country, you may pay import taxes when the package arrives.
Important Notes
Redemptions are final
Once an item leaves the vault, you generally can't "re-tokenize" the same card without a new intake process.
